Why these rates? These rates reflect the typical $80–$110/hour market range for in-person training in the area. A small premium covers travel and setup, keeping rates competitive and fair compared to other in-home trainers.

With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, Shelley Harrison is a Brantford-based certified personal trainer dedicated to helping individuals build stronger bodies and healthier lifestyles.


Shelley specializes in custom programs that combine strength training, assisted stretching and functional movement to achieve life-changing results. Whether you're new to exercise, recovering from an injury or training for a specific goal, Shelley meets you where you are and helps you get to where you want to be.

Shelley is a Certified Advanced Personal Trainer with the American Sports and Fitness Association. She is constantly expanding her expertise in mobility training and injury prevention to provide the highest level of care and coaching. 

When she's not working with clients, Shelley enjoys hiking in nature, experimenting with healthy recipes and inspiring her community to move more, stress less and live better.
